All fees for events, workshops, and membership are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of personal  circumstances.

Registrations are final, and no cancellations or refunds are allowed. By registering, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

In certain cases, and with prior approval from the club organizers, registration may be transferred to another event. However, such transfers must be requested at least 24hrs before the event

Any content, materials, or resources provided during our events or workshops are for personal educational use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.By attending our events, you consent to be photographed or recorded. The AI and Robotics Club may use images, videos, and recordings for promotional and educational purposes on our website, social media, or publications without compensation.

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
